Banner ads to attract small business owners to our site

we are software developers producing software for small businesses that is very easy to use and designed to make life easier for them, as well as saving them some money.

these banners are aimed at all small businesses and we're emphasising that our software is easy to use and it will make them happy

we'd like banners something like the right hand side of this.

we like the white text on the blue and that font or something similar

on the left we'd like a happy smiley attractive woman - happy because the software is so easy to use, ideally sitting in front of a laptop (not a Mac)

the text needs to be this or something similar :-

(we'd like the "so" to be in italics and probably bold)
