Our organisation is an online platform distributing various high-end culinary travel products presented by different travel agents. The different products offered vary in terms of destination, however, they all include some sort of culinary aspect e.g. a wine tasting tour, a cooking seminar or a trip to a local market led by a professional chef. Thus, the culinary or gourmet aspect has to be a clear element of the final banner design.
The target audience consists of the generation 40+, all with an income and educational level above average. The design needs to be equally attractive for a male and female target group.

The design needs to reflect the luxurious nature of the travel products and it also needs to highlight the combination of “gourmet” and “travelling”. Further, the specific URL http://www.gourmet-reise.de needs to be a dominant element within the banner design.
In terms of colour pallets etc. the designer can be creative, however, he/she needs to keep in mind that this is a luxurious product; hence, the choice of colours needs to be in line with this. Please look at our website for inspiration, as we want the banner to be coherent with this in terms of the design and colours. Further, considering the price level of the different products, every trip is rather personal and attractive in its own individual way, thus this should also be reflected in the design.
