This is a paperback book on the new space economy. This non-fiction book is decidedly targeted at non-expert readers of all walks of life who are excited by space and the things that are currently happening in the sector (think SpaceX launches) and would love to learn more about the life and business opportunities that space may provide to everybody, not just to trained NASA astronauts or engineers. As such, the book is meant to inform, but also to INSPIRE -- specifically to inspire anybody who wants to get involved in space, whether as an entrepreneur, employee, investor, student, researcher, or in another role. The book is written in German, but you do not have too speak German to participate in this project.
A broad audience interested in space - NOT limited to technical experts at all. Ages 12-99.

DIMENSIONS: 125 x 190mm (paperback size) x 9mm spine (final value to come) Clean, modern style - think SpaceX, Apple, etc. type design The cover should make it clear that the book is about space and should be inspiring. Beyond that, I will not provide any instructions as the idea is to get a variety of creative ideas. Happy to include imagery - the original plan was to have a picture of an actual modern (or even future) rocket in flight, but the rocket companies will not be able to get this approved within our timeframe. Hence, a rendering or open license picture may work, or ... something totally different! If you go for any rocket photos / renderings / drawings, make sure it is of a modern rocket, not a historical one, as this book is about the future. But just be clear: you do NOT have to design a cover with a rocket on it - this contest is appealing to your creativity. Btw, the NASA library has free photos, HOWEVER (1) no SpaceX rocket can be used, (2) nothing with identifiable people can be used, (3) there are many 'old' rockets here which are not appropriate for this book which is focused on the future.
