Our company has acquired a small, romantic and full of important history castle in the heart of the Loire Valley in France.
The castle was built in the 16th and 17th century nested in a large (20 ha) forest.
It was owned by the family of Louise de La Valliere , Louis XIV`s (sun king) first official mistress.
Today, the castle, transformed into an elegant 4 stars boutique Hotel with a 5 stars service standard, a gastronomic restaurant and SPA centre, will celebrate its history at the intersection of art, nature and music by offering thematic experiences to its guests. It will offer 15 high end equipped double rooms and 5 designer signature suites.
The main objective is to offer an exclusive and unforgettable stay. With the authentic 18/19 th century interior design we send our guest on a time journey.

One target group are visitors of the historic castles of the Loire.
These persons are well educated, interested a lot into history and culture. They are not top earners but spend money on educational vacations. They are over 35 years old. They seek for an accommodation with a good restaurant in a castle hotel giving them the feeling of the gone centuries. They are in sightseeing the whole day, they dine in the restaurant and use the pool. Some of them book a VIP tour in advance, some buy tickets for the musical evenings. After dinner, they take some glasses of wine or cocktails at the bar. They buy a homemade jam at the hotel shop and leave after two or three days.
A second target group are couples with a double income and no children. They are between 40 till 65 years old. They are well educated and are professionally successful. They own their house or rent a nice expensive place.
They like luxury, exclusive clothing and nice cars. They like to travel for sightseeing, good food and wine, spa treatments and relaxation. They dine in the restaurant and try several French wines. Some of them visit the SPA, the pool and the tennis court. They stay 4 or 5 nights. They come mainly from Germany, Holland, Great Britain and Spain.
A third target group are a weekend - guests with a refined lifestyle. The persons in this group are between 40 till 60 years old and have succeeded in their professional lives. They like to relax the weekends, to enjoy the nature, the nice food and wine. They go to wine tastings, do some sports, visit the SPA often, go out with friends and like to travel. They appreciate our high-end hotel design, the good food and the wine bar, the SPA centre and the outdoor pool as well as silent afternoon in the gardens with a glass of champagne. They would take part of the “Sprunch” and the summer nights buffet. Maybe they smoke a cigar with a glass of whiskey before going to bed. They are happy to pay higher prices for quality products and a relaxing stay at Le Chateau.

One small fifth target group are “honeymooners”. These young people have just or recently been married. They have a budget to spend on their weekend “honeymoon” They appreciate the feeling of a luxurious castle, they dine in the restaurant, they use the SPA packages and some do the VIP tours. Thy book the signature rooms or some of the Honeymoon packages.
