I recently quit my law firm job after three years. I'm striking out on my own and need a logo that looks like it is established. At the same time, I want something that reflects the fact that I will be using technology to level the playing-field with bigger firms. I'm going to be streamlined, paperless, modern, clean, efficient, and communicative with clients.
Other information that may be relevant - I'm born and raised in Los Angeles and love souther California, which is where my main client-base will be. Areas of practice include business formation/litigation, real estate litigation, employment litigation, and general tort law. I want to focus on my reputation as an advisor and counselor outside of the courtroom who can litigate with the best of them inside the courtroom. I am personable and have done well in court. I keep calm, cool, and collected, even when opposing counsel is flipping out. I disarm people with a zen like composure, never attacking the person, but only the argument.
I have always been interested in the topics of justice and ethics as I have a bachelor's degree in philosophy and study it as a hobby. Something reflecting justice or ethics would be a nice touch if it can be incorporated subtly and tastefully. Most solo firms are just a name but some sort of impactful design or symbol would be nice. Thanks!
