First - this is a brand refresh effort. GHS stands for Gaming Hospitality Solutions, Inc. The company has been in business for 25 years, and our clients include some of the most prestigious cruise lines and some of the largest and most prominent Casinos - both Tribal and non-tribal.
Our products provide a sophisticated set of tools for Loyalty marketing, offer management and marketing automation that enable the patrons/passengers/guests to accrue and redeem offers and loyalty values in many different ways across the property.
Our target audience when selling is typically the VP of Marketing, Chief Information Officer, General Manager, CEO or the COO of the group - depending on size and structure.
I am attaching our existing logo and some other supporting graphics art we have used. However, we have not set expectations as to what the possibilities are, so I am very open to creative ideas that will bring our brand to life. Our color base today is Red with blue lettering for slogans and or company name. However, we have no preset notions as to what the better color might be. I would suggest that green, blue or red may be strong colors, but we are open to explore options that will be appealing to executives and operators in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, cruise lines, casinos, gas stations and convenience stores (another market of ours), etc.
We would like a logo for primary use that is just "GHS" without the company name. Our client base is expanding beyond just "Gaming" as is indicated in the name Gaming Hospitality Solutions. Therefore, we will still carry the name but prefer the logo be GHS alone. We may add a tag line, but we can consider that once we have a selected graphic artist selected.
If you look at our Website ghscol.com, you will see that this needs to be refreshed. We would prefer a graphics art team that is skilled in modern web design that can pick up and continue with the work, but this first effort is for logo and general rebranding.
Regarding our target clientele, this is NOT a retail product. It is an enterprise software solution sold primarily to businesses in hospitality. Marketeers are our users so we should be well-marketed. We have sold for 25 years by word of mouth, but we are changing that now, and this is a first step at putting a clear, assertive and memorable brand in front of our current clients and target market.
