Looppa http://www.looppa.com is a startup that creates a whole new way of doing online communities. We started out in Argentina, and are now launching in the US.
While we've been able to create most of our new graphic assets, we've been taken on a ride by one of the graphics we need to create--the LOOPPA COSMOS.

Looppa is for decision makers in the Print, TV, and Radio media industries. The target audience is Director and VP level at large companies like MTV, ABC, NBC, Disney, Dow Jones who are tasked with finding new ways to engage their audiences online. Some may be content producers, others may be social media/digital media managers responsible for the online experience
While they may be more "traditional" they definitely know what a good online experience looks like and they want to have the same. The COSMOS icon needs to represent both Looppa's spirit and advantage, AND appeal to these sophisticated clients.
The LOOPPA COSMOS graphic will be:
1. A graphic (no text)
2. Large enough that it can be used as a graphic in presentation, but small enough to be used as an icon.
3. Aligned with Looppa's identity, colors, existing graphics, and spirit. (see http://www.looppa.com, three icons attached for reference, 1-page graphic styleguide attached)
3. Capture the essence of COSMOS (see attached The Looppa Advantage as well as refer to link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ybgO3u0o1IA This is an old video, and very cumbersome but it should give you another layer of depth around the solution ). Cosmos is a very unique and different concept that requires people to think differently about communities. Once they get it, it's a big lightbulb moment...we need to articulate that lightbulb moment in a simple and minimalist way.
