Header Graphics and Formatting Needed For A Sales Webpage

I need my ugly sales page to look pretty, including a nice header graphic, some layout and a few other graphics to compliment the look.

What I want is a nice header like the one on the income engine page (not the same but with a Forex / trading feel to it)

I want my headline to look like that one (as a graphic) with the GUARANTEED underlined.

I want 3 tires - if you read the section using tires as an analogy (below the triangle) on MY page you will get an idea of what to do...

I also want the triad triangle on my site re-done looking much sexier.

I want a CD design and a reference manual design as on the income engine page
