Product - 1 Greeting card congratulating a runner on finishing a marathon. The greeting card should be 4 ¼ x 5 ½. It should be a folded greeting card (horizontal or vertical), with the brand on the back of the card. The card should be uncluttered, clean, and clear. Photography is one of the most important ways we connect with our audience. Avoid staged, fake-looking people, expressions, and environments. Pictures should be relatable and convey a sense of personality. Photography should balance grit with polish. Graphics are not used very often because we prefer to communicate through text and photography, however, when graphics/icons are used they are clean, sleek, minimalistic, and clear. Our graphics are “flat” in design (avoiding the use of drop shadows). Since our products are photography-based we have a lot of variety in the colors within our designs. Generally speaking our colors are warm and inviting. Text font is clear, clean and legible at all sizes. The fonts lean toward being refined, modern, and sleek. Card Content - “say less and mean it more”.
The end goal - These card should create such an amazing experience for the recipient that they want to put it on their board or refrigerator. They are proud of the product, and what they accomplished in order to receive it.
