Design a number of characters for a mobile app solution

Powered Now

We sell software to people that work in the field trade, for example builders, plumbers, engineers, construction, gardeners... Our software helps thee companies manage their staff, raise paperwork such as invoices and quotes, appointments and others. Our users are generally terrible with paperwork so we help make it easier for them. We are available on mobile, tablet, mac and PC.

I am after a number of characters to use both on our website, in our app and with our advertising. I love the style of http://www.intercom.io and dropbox.com but the characters need to be able to represent our users clearly. Our website is going to have four core sections I'd like characters for each of them. Our site is a little like Dropbox broken down into sections so each character will represent one of the areas below:

- Get your evenings back, our users generally do all the paperwork int he evenings and stuck at the kitchen table. Our app means they can do it when and where they want.

- Grow your business. Our users can win more work with Powered Now.

- Organise your team, our users companies can have a lot of staff. With Powered Now they all know what they are supposed to be doing and when.

- Invoice from anywhere - what it says on the tin!

So probably 4 illustrations, although if there is an opportunity for a few more that would be very welcome.

I don't want anything too ott, lets keep it simple but its important to convey who we sell to in the images.
