We have developed/redeveloped almost 55 acres of commercial properties, including medical office, retail, and an intermodal marine terminal. Conte para a gente quem é você e quem é seu público alvo
This logo should suggest sophistication and experience and have a broad appeal to the business community, Accredited Investors, Banks, Appraisers, Municipal officials, Engineers, Architects, Contractors, Small businesses, Retailers, Tenants, Job Seekers, Students, the general public.
We are looking for a logo to represent our real estate investment and development company - Peck Properties.
We would love to have the logo represent power and fiscal conservatism and here are some things to think about:
1. No Cartoons
2. Make it elegant - we want to build a brand that connotes sophistication and professional quality. We want people to feel like they should invest their equity along side of ours in income producing real estate investments.
3. The typeface should be clear, tasteful, and bold. We want something that stands out.
4. The colors should be blue(see attached file ONLY for blue color ) and a 2nd complimentary shade/color that connotes wealth (Again, DISREGARD the RED color in the attached file)
