I am America's Reinvention Coach. I help women reinvent their lives. Right now I focus on private one-to-one sessions all held on the telephone (my clients live all over the United States) and I am in the process of expanding to programs and products as well as rebranding everything (the logo is the first step). I will be changing to a wordpress blog/website, creating an attractive facebook fanpage, etc.
I am a casual, intelligent person, the two attached photos are pretty much me and the personality I want to convey.
Years ago I experienced traumatic significant change. Within two months, the following events occurred in this order. I left my job, friends, little sister (through Big Brothers Big Sisters) and home that I loved, to move to another state. My fiancé, Scott, and I settled into our first house. We had a beautiful wedding and honeymoon. I started a new job as an assistant professor. On the day classes were to begin, one month and eight days after the wedding, Scott accompanied me to the hospital where I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I didn’t make it to class that day. We spent the weekend in the hospital. Extreme fatigue forced me to give up my job and reinvent my life, doing what I love, as a Personal Life Coach.
My target audience is working mothers 35-50 years old. They are well educated, intelligent, motivated to live a great life. Their three biggest frustrations are organizing time and house, being overwhelmed with too much to do/being responsible for everyone’s needs and getting in shape.
She is afraid of not measuring up to her idea of what a mother/woman/wife should be, not reaching her potential. Sometimes she even wakes up in the middle of the night worrying about what other people think of her.
If she is going to buy from me, she needs to believe she needs me, I can help her and she is capable of taking action.
The myth she believes is that what other people think of her or what she thinks others think of her is true, important and matters more than what she thinks of herself.
The biggest reasons she would not buy from me would probably be money, doesn’t believe in coaching, and hasn’t heard of me.
She wouldn’t usually admit it, but I can tell that she’s really mad at her husband. It really makes her mad when he doesn’t help around the house .
In trying to solve her problem, she’s not able to communicate her needs.
The perfect way to help her overcome her biggest frustration would be to help her identify what she needs/wants and how she can have it. The perfect way to give her the outcomes she desires would be to coach her.
I am looking for a logo to represent my coaching/speaking business. I plan to use it everywhere...in the banner of my website, on ads, facebook, my ezines, business cards...I'd like you to design all of these once we have a logo.
I would like you to use the following words to create the logo. The words have a logical order...all leading to the goal of living your life your way...if you have another "re" word you think would be better, I'm open to your suggestions.
Your Life Your Way®
You are welcome to use whatever you think will make this eyecatching and understandable (images, etc.). I would like the person who sees it to understand how I will help them.
1. Nothing too elegant
2. No photographs
My brand colors are presently orange/white/gray. I am interested in keeping this combination or changing to green/black/white but please feel free to experiment with colors!
I'm not an expert in types of files. I need all formats that would be used online, in print media, to be uploaded to printers, book publishers, etc. At least these formats and any others you think I might need:
Print file format - .ai (CMYK) and .jpeg
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo
