This is for a new online banking company that offers free information and tools (for a low price) for bankers in the areas of service, sales, marketing and social media. The information is general in all the above content areas, and the tools offer a do-it-yourself approach in all of the above content areas. The company is small, fun and different than the typical boring banking information resource company.

The target market is bankers. They work in the branch, marketing department or any other area in the bank that is responsible for sales, service or have responsibility for a P&L as to make a decision to purchase the low cost tools. They may not be Web 2.0 savy, but they are creative individuals who long for cutting edge information and slick tools to help them keep existing bank customers happy and to also attract new customers. They buyers for the products are the bankers, not the bank customers.
There are not many specific requirements. Have fun and be creative with the "4" and "Z" in toolz. Again, the company name is ToolZ 4 Bankers. The colors should be from a VERY new and cutting edge color palette. No pink please, as it still needs to appeal to bankers. It should be bold, clean, very innovative and VERY different from the typical banking company logo. Have fun with the typography. A Web 2.0 look and feel is a must. The logo should be different enough as to indentify the company on it's own over time as well as in combination with the company name. A white background is preferable, but not manditory. Through use of color and design and typography, it should convey a sense of expertise.
