We are a silent disco company where users wear wireless headphones that are connected to a few audio sources. We can throw fun parties, where multiple users can all have the headphones blasting in their ears, but there is no actual music being played over loud speakers. This allows us to have parties where you typically couldn't have parties like in a classroom on campus, or out at a coffee shop.
We are targeting a younger crowd who likes to party down and dance to music. Also a crowd that likes to do things differently and be apart of new concepts and ideas. Disco Tech-Lo takes the best parts of a party and eliminates the need for all of the infrastructure and equipment. It's a new way to party down if you're down to party.
Ultimately, the technology that makes this work is all centered around wireless, over the ear headphones. It's taking advantage of the wireless age to transmit the same song across hundreds of headphones. To anybody not wearing the headphones, all you would see are people dancing around to a beat that you can't hear. This also carries a social aspect to it, since dancing brings people together and who can resist dancing with headphones on?
