I am starting a travel blog to encourage people to get out of there neighborhoods and see something different. My target audience includes people who love to travel and desire adventure. My hope is to share some of my stories and learn more about myself and others in the process. Ultimately, I would love to be able to take people who would not be able to afford to travel on long hall trips. See my blurb below.
Traveling 20 minutes from my home changed my perspective. Traveling the world is changing my life. Anything of value is worth sharing. I’ve been contemplating and pontificating over this blog for a long time. Telling people I’m going to do it and then not following through. Worrying if people are going to give a shit about what I have to say or read it at all. I’ve met with friends and gathered a bushel of advice. Asking myself, what is different about your point of view?
I finally realized the answer. Everything and nothing! My perspective is as unique as I am and as homogenous as every other person who stepped outside of her comfort zone to go see the world. I’m simply deciding to put my two cents in it and in the process pass on stories, advice, and information. I often post pics on Facebook and Instagram when I travel. Friends who follow me tell me they are living vicariously through my adventures. I’m getting a reputation for being a world traveler and I like it!
So I would like to offer my point of view of this world to you as I reminisce about past trips and look forward to ones in the future. Hopefully you will become inspired to leave the neighborhood and see something new. So, if you’re having thoughts of wandering, get off your ass. You want to! So go do it!

Inspiração de design
1. I prefer to avoid neon colors and lime green.
2. I want the logo to have a sense of movement because ultimately, I want to get people going.
3. I am an African American woman so if any people are used as part of the logo, I want them to be true to me.
4. In looking at travel logos I saw a lot that included planes flying around a globe or globes that appeared to be spinning. Those ideas seem a bit hackneyed to me and I want to see some fresh concepts.
5. I do not really want a cartoonish logo but something playful is okay.
6. I'm really excited to see what people have to offer!
