We are a family home loan loan lending team that was established in 2001. We help people purchase and refinance residential property. We are in the Denver Metro area. Many of our clients are first responders (mostly firemen because I also work as a fire captain) teachers, and veterans but we also work in the luxury market. We would like a logo that shows that we are established and one that is sophisticated and smart so people will have immediate confidence in us and one that will be memorable. We are open to new ideas that could deviate from the brief. Please don't feel restricted.
We are leaning towards a sophisticated modern style and also a vintage modern style with an illustration of a residential home. We work for Celebrity Home Loans but would like this logo to brand our team for new digital and consumer direct marketing as well as past client retention marketing. We look forward to seeing where your creative freedom will take us.

Berry Team is a family team that originates home loans and works in residential real estate. Looking for a custom design that is not clip arty. A home or berry can be incorporated into design but looking for a professional look and feel.
