Lush Floral Art
I am an aspiring floral designer, but not your tacky, "run of the mill" florist. The image and arrangements I want to create will be more of an art form, very creative and unique. I will be starting my business doing weddings and special events, corporate and home designs, and someday owning a storefront where people can come in an browse as well, selling potted plants and fresh flowers where people can create their own ideas like I do.
My personality is very laid back, easy going (somewhat like myself). I can dress down, and dress it up as well, and I want the image of my company to be the same. I love the rawness of flowers, and how curly or thorny branches can be as beautiful as the classic beauty of a rose. I have order to my life, like things clean and simple as well, so I want my company image to be the same. On that same note, my company name is "LUSH" so I want lots of colour as well.
My target audience will be people who want something out of the ordinary. People who strive to have something different displayed in their home or office, or a truly unique gift. If you want a dozen roses, go to the corner store. But if you want a dozen roses with a bit of flare, then you will come to me. I want to do someone's wedding, and every single guest comments on the creativity of the flowers more than the bride's dress.
Like I said before, the company name is "LUSH". Lots of colour (I like pinks, chartreuse, as well as any kind of green, white, purple, orange, not so much red.
Not sure if I want the lettering to be cursive, or bold. Could be a mix of both. I want the "LUSH" to really stand out.
I want some sort of a flower(s) or plant (something climbing or trailing perhaps?) to be a part of the logo. However I also want that flower to be something separate so I can make stickers or something to go with my package branding.
Simple, but LUSH.....

The flowers and branches on their homepage is what I like. Its simple, classy yet still shows the wildness in their image. I love everything they do, so you can get lots of ideas from there.
Below are a bunch of things that I like to give you a better understanding as well. Colours, style, etc. I also really like bamboo, berries, chinese cherry blossoms and crazy branches.
