Our tagline is: "Wisconsin’s premiere vacation rental management firm" but this is not to be incorporated into the logo.
We were also established in 1988 which is something that could be included in the logo.
Our primary Selling Region is Currently, Southeastern Wisconsin. We will look to expand to other parts of Wisconsin, including: Lake Country, Wisconsin Dells, Door County, Northwoods, Driftless region. We want this brand to be relevant and attractive for homeowners from all parts of the state, and we want it to help guests from all over the state and country to get a feel for who we are.

Keeping the logo confined to a badge would be most useful for our outlets, but is not required. Our region is primarily based around a lake.
Things to stay away from: Mountains, Slab serif type, overly whimsical/stereotypical icons
Things to embrace: Circular badges, nature, organic shapes, etc.
