We are a team of real estate professionals that began our careers with large corporate firms (each of us from different firms) We are seeking to form our own new company specialized in the investment sale of large manufactured housing communities ie. "mobile or trailer parks" This has become a professional business, so even though we would certainly enjoy the designs, please no logos with rusty old trailers.
This is somewhat tricky. Our target audience is mainly large institutional investment firms, including banks, REIT's, and insurance companies. However, we do not want to completely remove ourselves from the owner that owns two or three large properties. Here are a couple of websites to visit from our taget audience.
What we are looking for with Sunstone:
We originally wanted to look at a brand name with mobile home connection however in the previously submitted designs it would suggest we are selling the mobile homes. Extremely important for our concept is we are selling the ENTIRE COMMUNITY composed of 200 or more spaces, not the individual homes.
We want to add MHC to the end of the Name of the Company but are not 100% certain as to what it will stand for.
MHC in the industry stands for "manufactured housing community" but we wanted to utilize it as "manufactured housing consultants" or the "manufactured housing connection"
We have discussed catch phrases such as Sustone...the Manufactured Housing Consultants.. Right Brokerage..... Right Now...
We had some thoughts as to making our Logo designed around the acronym SMHC.
We did look at the sample logo's pertaining to Fish on Fire on the home page at 99designs. We liked the modernization look and feel of most of those designs. Our goal is for our logo and the name of the company to provide people with the understanding that we are Real Estate Brokers selling Manufactured Housing Communities without having the "cheesy" rusty old trailer. However, a modernization through design of a "trailer home" might work. Please google airstream trailers to get an idea of what we could potentially modernize into a retro fitted design.
Good luck to all and we'll give feedback each day to the logos submitted.
