Conte para a gente quem é você e quem é seu público alvo
A trusted information source for travel bloggers and digital nomads, featuring news, inspiration, tools, and a podcast. Our goal is to build a loyal following that sees us as the voice for a lifestyle (thus we want our logo to be versatile enough to be on clothing as well). Our audience is mostly 25 to 45 year old females, but our second largest market is male 35 to 50, so while it can lean toward the millennial female, it shouldn't turn off the genx males. Think "Life Is Good" or "REI Outdoor" or "Starbucks" as examples of these types of brands that appeal a youthful energetic audience. Our travelers will go from hikers to luxury travelers. The logo should also avoid being too locked into modern design and should transcend into the future. One thing to note...we want to be environmentally responsible, so I'd avoid any icon that relates to gasoline (petrol).

At it's heart we are a media company. But we are looking to uplift and energize our audience. This was a nice blend of travel, positive movement and yet, a media company. It would be a little hard to put on a shirt though. Might feel dated in a few years.
It is clever with the pets. Mostly I chose it because its an icon and title, which are the two elements I'd manly be interested in. I don't know that the icon would stand on it's own though.
I mostly liked this, not because it's abstract, but because I could see that icon becoming synonymous with the brand and standing on its own. Not sure the looking backwards would be a message I'd want to convey.
A softer and unique feel. Otherwise, I don't know that this really fits my brand direction. Too many colors in the logo, making it hard to put on a shirt. The bird would have to stand on his own and I don't know that he'd stand out.
Travel Fuels Life. Our mission is to energize and help our travelers grow and succeed. I almost want this to be just as much a statement as a logo. This logo gives me an instant feeling of who they are. Having a gasoline pump on our site would send all the wrong messages. Fuel is about energizing.
Sophisticated but also can be earthy. I like how this bridges the divide.
I'd like a logo that could look good on hiking t-shirts. This one is too detailed and maybe a little to rugged. But I'm open to edging in this direction.
Maybe a little soft in terms of font, but I do like the simple elegance of this logo.
Big fan of the flexibility of this logo. It generally appeals to the hiker but encourages the sophisticated to get something high quality if they decide to stretch themselves.
I'm just going to toss this out there because I've seen birds represented. Trying to stay with a female audience, a phoenix like this might seem a little too aggressive. However, a phoenix is an interesting subject as it denotes a rebirth and success. If chosen as a icon theme though, it could end up being too masculine or feeling pushed toward bikers, when the site is more geared toward freedom and travel. An eagle, while my favorite bird and a great symbol is probably a little too Americanized to be a good icon. A bird that migrates does tend to make more sense. I'll leave that up to you.
I will want to collaborate more in the future on further brand development. I want a brand that inspires, energizes and gains loyalty. Not corporate but confident. And I would like an icon. Ask yourself if you'd be proud to wear this logo on clothing? I won't box you in a corner on colors, fonts or imagery. I want someone who is creative to build a business relationship with.
