We are an online customer service clearinghouse and solutions provider. (We own the best possible generic domain name in this category; CustomerService.com.)
We currently get hundreds of unsolicited emails daily both from people who are experiencing service problems and companies looking for solutions to their customer service needs.
We will provide a full menu of everything related to customer service; from having a live person respond to an unhappy customer to monitoring online posts about our subscribing companies and following up until both the subscribers and customers are satisfied.
Our foundational service is a complete approach in that we start with the initial service problem, follow it through to completion, publish the results, and satisfy all concerned. Hence our tagline: “Commitment to Satisfaction”.
The benefits to our subscribing companies are that for a very reasonable monthly fee, we handle all their customer service issues…saving them time, money, and the possibility that they will lose customers and have their reputations damaged via social media on the internet.
We also look to use social media, viral buzz, and live moderators to enhance subscribing companies’ reputations.

Businesses of all sizes, both virtual and brick-and-mortar, that do not have either an in-house customer service department or the time, budget, or expertise to adequately satisfy their dissatisfied customers on their own.
Along with being esthetically pleasing, of course, we want the logo to connote that we are a capable, serious, established company.
1. No Cartoons - we want it to communicate that we are a serious business and that we take the subscribers’ public image and problems seriously.
2. Nothing too fancy - we want to come across as being highly professional and competent. We want our clients to feel that if they engage our services, they will be well taken care of. Elegant rather than fancy.
3. The typeface should be clear, simple and bold. We want something that stands out and is instantly recognizable. If possible, a graphic that eventually communicates who we are without even having to read the copy (like the Red Cross)
An overall feel of elegance, substance, and competence.
