Design Logo for Startup Real Estate Site

I run http://www.wikiagentfinder.com as well as other sites in the social media/semantic web space. I'm looking for someone with a great sense of design to work on the site's logo. This will also be a great opportunity to get involved in future assignments.

The site currently has profiles of almost 200k US-based Real Estate Agents and other Real Estate Professionals. The target audience is users of the site which includes both professionals and people looking for their services. I am looking for a replacement for this logo, and for the deliverable, I would like it in various different sizes/formats.
