LeaseMunky is a rental service to both renters and landlords. Operating as a residential leasing company, we are able to stay nimble and cover a wide market area without being tied down to any certain region, such as large management companies are. By providing ONLY leasing services, we are able to devote all staff and marketing dollars towards what we do best: delivering high quality rentals to high quality tenants.
State of the Company:
As of summer 2009, we are a startup company in Los Angeles focusing on a few sub-markets for now, but gaining ground quickly. Our vision is to eventually be nationwide, but our model is of smart growth (and not necessarily fast). After Los Angeles County and Orange County -- we are looking to move into Hawaii, Oahu to be specific.
Conte para a gente quem é você e quem é seu público alvo
higher-end renters, younger to older professionals, property owners
How is LeaseMunky different?
Our culture is inherently different from the competition by the quality of our inventory: we embrace our unique ability to "turn down business." We will only list a rental if it meets certain quality standards, which we set by unit amenities as well as location desirability. Most other rental services will take anything under the sun as long as the landlord can pay to list it. We prefer to take in less business but retain a higher quality inventory.
We visualize a rental destination for renters. Whether you have lived in the area forever or are an out-of-towner -- LeaseMunky.com will be the first place you begin your rental search. Instead of carrying every vacancy available, we will carry only a few listings in each GOOD neighborhood. Each listing will be a good deal.
Simplifying your rental search, that is our vision.
The LeaseMunky logo should:
appeal most to renters, young to middle-aged professional crowd, without being too cute to alienate a 65+ owner of a $5m Brentwood home.
be somewhat abstract but must obviously be “monkey” related
The "DrunknMunky" logo is one of my all time favorite monkey logos. I like the YellowMonkey logo (came from 99Designs too!) b/c of it's simplicity and abstractness. TenMonkeys (99Designs too) makes good use of the company name tying it into the logo, but it's more playful than we want to be.
***Other than that, we don't have anything specific in mind.
