We help private companies get bought, not sold. More specifically, AIM360 is a platform for private company executives to better market their companies to the financial community, build acquisition currency and maximize exit opportunities. We do this by helping build executive reputations and company momentum with a formal effort over time, since rushing it almost always fails and results in lower valuations (getting sold). Optix is the name of our core software product. The product helps companies gauge their current momentum/reputation, ID/define the requirements necessary to materially increase their company value and execute a full and aggressive campaign to make their companies a force of nature. The "company value" target is often called an "inflection point" and it's the reason we use 360 in our company name...we help everyone center their efforts on that target. The Optix logo should tie into the core AIM360 logo (attached), but be more designed/flashy. It should be professional (not cartoonish, but not bank-like either) and epitomize momentum/power. Colors are good as long as they tie into or compliment the AIM360 logo. The feeling we're looking for is exclusive, progressive, modern and solid. We're building long term relationships with our clients and partners...and thus want them to feel confident in our overall business and staying power. This logo will likely also be used or listed on partners websites, so it should be able to stand on it's own. One more note is that this will likely be one of a family of products, so creating something that can be slightly modified across multiple products and fit into a "family" of products/services would also be good. The family may include things like a podcast series, blog, other software products, indices, etc.
