This is a nutraceutical/functional food. The genesis is I'm creating products that I wish existed when I was having trouble treating my anxiety. Pharmeceuticals didn't work but natural supplements did. Taking supplements usually requires taking on a full stomach but when you're anxious or depressed cooking or eating is the last thing you want to do.
So, I"m putting supplements for anxiety into tasty food snacks to make it easier for people to help themselves. The products are whole foods with no side effects and we are promoting good taste versus healthy.
We need a logo for the sophisticated wealthy corporate world who needs a snack at 2pm going into a high power million+ deal and need to relax and focus. Think about a package that says $20 for the bar....well worth it for the multi-million dollar deal

Our target audience is for those suffering from anxiety. They need the budi bar (which is a dark chocolate, macadamia nut, gooey, coconut desert bar that has supplements to calm the mind and promote focus and attention) when they have an anxious moment. People use them during snack time and afternoon work snacks. They can be taken in front on anyone without concern versus taking a valium. Twice as many women as men suffer from anxiety so they may be more inclined to buy it.
People will pay a lot of money to relax. Think wealthy corporate people eating these....make it attractive to them. Must look good in a meeting and be okay to eat there..
Budi Bars are the first product of Happy Life LLC. Our mission is to promote happiness through decreased anxiety and stress with various food products. Budi is meant to be our 'little buddha'....he/she is young and thin and adorable...androgynous...elegant, quietly present...but a large peaceful and professional presence. Budi will be the logo for Happy Life, Budi bars, and chocolates and gum later on down the road. Budi is happy and content and calm and focused.....he is not relaxed or drowsy!!! This is the big challenge....relaxation means drowsy to some people. We want to calm down the anxious and would like budi's face to reflect an alert, calm and focus...contentment comes to mind. People will take these at work and during high stress moments so they don't want to fall asleep.
