We are starting a division of our company that will deal with Human Resource tools including psychometric assessments of individuals and how they can be used to improve productivity, make better hiring decisions, create succession plans and help managers become better leaders. Our main tool measure skills, behaviours and interests. We also have a 360 leadership development system and other measurement tools to improve company performance.
We are wanting a logo that will be easily identifiable and will give the image of improvement through knowledge of the people who work for them. We want it to be strong and make a lasting impression.
Currently we have all of these tools on our website: http://www.kellymaclean.com
and we want to separate these tools so they stand on their own. One of the ways to increase interest with potential clients for us, is to show that there is measurable results that a company can expect from using these tools. Our intention is to be the Business Partner of the Year for 2011 so getting a logo that gives the impression of greatness will help!

All Corporations both Public and Private, Not-for Profits, businesses both large and small. Presidents, C-Suites, Operation Managers, Human Resource Professionals anyone who has responsibility for employees. We are targeting anyone who has responsibility for recruitment, succession planning, employee and organizational development.
The logo should not be cumbersome. We need something that is clean , precise and memorable. We will need to use it for all purposes from letterhead to brochures and website. There is lots of opportunity to be creative. The logo should give the impression of organizational improvement but not use $$$ signs.Would not want to see any cartoon like characters.
The company we are partners with is http://www.profilesinternational.com so we cannont have a logo that is too similar to the theirs.
