I design delicate, artisan jewelry for women with active lifestyles. Designs are simple and elegant, not overstated, intended to "flow" with a woman's natural skin tones, style, and beauty. My jewelry is durable and wearable. Earrings and necklaces that make great "everyday" favorites and can be worn while "adventuring" outdoors--gardening, trail runs, hiking, rock climbing--as well as add fines when it's time to dress up for the day job or office. All peices are handcrafted by the artist.
And behind the name....Jo Bird is my childhood nickname. Going back to my roots represents making jewelry that women may wear to express their inner qualities, their roots, and tell their stories through style.

JBJ sells to a range of women and ages, but 20-40 y/o is my target. Active, outdoors enthusiasts are a target, as well as women who "never wear jewelry, yet are attracted to my designs because they are so delicate and subtle.
I prefer the logo to be on the right, left, or centered above the business name. The logo will be used on the bottom of earring cards in addition to other mediums, so balance and centering is important. I like scripty, youthful fonts, and earth tones colors (shell, bronze, mocha, mulberry...). A bird logo is the natural way to go, but what about whispy feathers? Also, love logos that show body movement somehow, especially because my brand appeals to outdoor enthusiasts.
