USA Synchro was established as a nonprofit organization in 1977, and is the United States national governing body for the sport, recognized by the International Olympic Committee, the United States Olympic Committee and FINA (Federation Internationale de Natation Amateur) — the international governing federation.

USA Synchro organizes, participates in, and promotes a variety of competitive events each year. These events begin at the local level and continue in the following categories: Age Group (12-19), Junior (15-18), Senior and Masters (20+).
This specific logo will need to appeal to female athletes in their teens.
Logo must include the official title of the event: "2011 U.S. Junior National Synchronized Swimming Championships". The date and location should also be included (Clermont, Florida; March 31-April 2). With the meet being in Florida we are not opposed to a "beachy or "tropical" theme but it is not required. The USA Synchro brand itself focuses on 6 P's: Patriotism, Power, Perseverance, Personality, Performance, and Precision. These should be a guide for you in your designing. We like very crisp, professional logos. Just because it is a women's sport doesn't mean it should be pink and soft. The logo should also incorporate the USA Synchro logo. If your logo isn't red, white, and blue, it usually works to grey out or black out the logo and out it in the background. Please also remember that this logo will be both screenprinted and embroidered on event shirts, so I wouldn't get to intricate with your design.
