Our “perfect” customer is a 35 year old female with 2 kids living within 10 miles of San Carlos, Calfornia driving either an SUV or Van. She is highly educated, deﬁnitely a college degree and likely having a secondary degree too. She is an avid text-er, checks her email multiple times a day and somewhat regularly lingers on Facebook.
Her concerns (regarding automotive repair) are in this order: safety, service, quality, speedy-turnaround, environmental impact, and then cleanliness.
