Victory Education Partners
Victory Education Partners works with charter school leaders and school districts to create outstanding public schools. Specifically, Victory provides the following services: recruiting teachers and other school personnel; finance and accounting; HR support; student assessment analysis; teacher professional development; principal coaching; legal advice; technology support; and school operations technical assistance. Victory partners with its clients throughout the entire life-cycle of a school's development--from writing the charter school application to recruiting students to providing the services set forth above after the school's opening. Our clients pay us a fee for these services.
Currently, Victory Education Partners provides its services to 16 schools in New York, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. All of our schools are in urban, high-needs communities. Our schools range from elementary, to middle to high school; and all are reflective of their communities in mission, theme, and student population.

We aim to partner with newly formed charter school boards of trustees; existing charter school boards of trustees, individuals interested in forming a charter school and urban school districts. The principal or lead business manager of a charter school may also purchase our services.
We seek new clients in New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Newark, and urban communities in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. The majority of students who attend our schools are African-American and Hispanic.
We have a few requirements:
--no cartoons or playful images
--no over-used "education" images like an apple or a book
--no handshakes to symbolize partnership
--The image can be abstract.
--We prefer the following colors: blue, red and black. But you do not need to use all three.
--The typeface should be clear, simple, and easy-to-read.
--The logo should be serious, but not too staid or uptight; we want to be perceived as welcoming, warm, and approachable.
--Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo.
--Please create the logo in the most widely used format, so that we can incorporate it on our website and on print materials.
--Our company's purpose is to help our clients realize their dream of creating a great school in their local community. Perhaps your design can convey this mission.
