RED OAK NETWORK CABLING
Company name: RED OAK NETWORK CABLING & COMMUNICATIONS, LLC.
Abbreviated: RED OAK NETWORK CABLING
Cryptic: ROCC, say ‘rock’ as in “Our connections are ROCC solid”
Our company is three months old, and currently offers large users cable installation services for voice, data, video and other network systems. We plan to add related services such as design, testing and certification as we grow.
We are a specialty trade in the construction industry. As such, our prime target audience consists of prime general contractors, construction management firms and major electrical subcontractors. End users are groups of businesses and institutional customers in a variety of industries e.g. medical, multifamily residential, education, retail, etc. We desire to have appropriate communication both with direct purchasers and end-users.
We are looking for a relationship with a design source that will start us off with a flexible-use logo, and stay with us to help us develop a brand with immediate presence and sustainable association with current and evolving communications technologies. Copper and optical fiber cables are the media with which we build structured cabling systems, the trunks and branches of the red oak, that transport signals across networks. Awareness of the many curves in the letters ROCC and the representation of branching cables were suggestive in ajith4u’s design that we saw in
http://intuit.99designs.com/logo-de…store/5646. We thought a more stylized and techno interpretation of that idea would be interesting. And, we wanted the design itself to convey the idea of unseen infrastructure, a somewhat less than explicit ‘Intel Inside’ message. Clarity, boldness, modernity and longevity are the qualities we seek.
We require all file formats necessary for print and web applications.
