1. Describing the business and project instructions:
We are looking for a professional, modern logo to be designed for specialty a Dental office; our specialties are orthodontics and pedodontics dentistry along with Oral Surgery. We provide dental braces, Invisalign, and implants to help patients straighten their teeth and have a gorgeous smile. We do these treatments for patients for early children, teens, adults, and elderlies.
Our offices are always full of patients and they are very visible to the public. We keep our office themes suitable for both children and adults creating play zones and colorful rooms for children to feel an ease during the procedure long with a professional, modern, and state of art technologies for our adult patient rooms. Therefore this logo must represent and connect with both adults and children.

We like the logo you are designing to be more like our current pediatric logo http://i.imgur.com/JtaHwMW.jpg however, it has to be modified so it is professional enough to be used for our more serious services such as Oral Surgery. Currently, we are using this logo http://i.imgur.com/hsNtRk7.jpg for our adult and general dentistry.
Please stay away from this logo as we do not like the design that is consists of thin lines and is not Web 2.0 friendly. Please keep in mind the ideal logo should be an icon on the left and text on the right so it would responsive enough to fit on the desktop, mobile, and traditional outlets easily.
Brand Values & User Experience
We conduct many types of marketing both digital and traditional so this logo needs to fit for both purposes. When you design this logo you must consider online elements and requirements such as design for responsiveness, use of latest color, shape and font trends, general design guidelines for size and proportion requirements for both web and print, along with user's experience and user interface design when they first observe this logo.
Please research the web for newest logo trends, shapes, and fonts.( but not limited to ) understand the concept of Bootstrap 3.0, Foundation Design, and Google’s Material Design.
Create, mockups that best represent a dentistry office, in the USA. That serves both children and adults of all ages.
Keep your design unique, modern, and simple.
Do not copy logos from other sites, Google images, Pinterest. etc... You can use it for inspiration but do not copy the same logo ( We have seen them all :) !!!! )
Your logo must deliver awareness, connect with its audience, show trust and professionalism while still being cool and modern shapes and colors, Do NOT Design logos from late 1990’s and 2000’s. Again we know all designs ;)

7. Who is the target market?
Our Target Audiences are Adults and Children in general in all ages, but to be specific, we do lots of online advertising this means we will reach out to our targeted audience both on online and offline.
Demographics are but not limited to:
We have 3 demographic groups:
Kids from age of 5 to 13 that they come in with their parents for routine dental checkups. 25% of our business
Teens and Young Adults from the age of 13 to 25 that they could come in with parents of alone to get dental braces, 50% of our business
Adults from age 25 to 65 that they come in alone for Oral Surgery and Dental Implants, 25% of our business.
