Verde Resources Inc. is a private Canadian mineral exploration company with big aspirations in the minerals and mining sector. We have been operating as a private mineral exploration business and looking to go public in the near-mid term. Our focus is on copper in South America – particularly Chile, however there is a good possibility we will expand this geographical focus as the Company grows and opportunities present themselves.
The Verde management is experienced mining professionals with years working internationally in many different locales and from a variety of professional backgrounds. The company has a technical skill set for finding copper, gold, and other metals.
We differentiate ourselves from our peers through our extensive Latin American experience, mineral resources professionalism, can-do attitude, and drive to succeed. We are environmentally and socially conscious of the communities in which we operate, working closely with our government and community partners.
Verde is the color green in Spanish and as we work in Spanish speaking countries the natural concept would be to play with green colors as the company follows a green environmentally favorable thinking. The company conducts business in Spanish & English, but the target audience is English speaking. The company’s projects are in mountains and desert regions, dry, vast, large and desolate.
Our target market is the broader investment community and specifically brokers, retail investors and institutional investors/pension funds. They can be a sophisticated group and we are attempting to differentiate ourselves from our peers. We wish to present a strong, professional and organized image of our business and our team. The logo/color pallette is one of the first impressions they will see.
