Represent the idea that a passionate community or 'crowd' of enthusiasts is helping a business.
The name Extreme Collaboration can be incorporated into the logo, or the logo can be pure imagery, with the name rendered next to it. Show how you'd render the name as well as the imagery. Use fonts that will be easy for us to deploy in all our marketing.
The brand is a combination of "professional" (to make our business customers comfortable), and "uplifting" (to give the impression it's fun and meaningful to work on projects). Colors are open.
A community, or group of contributors (the "crowd"), helping a company is our main motif for the logo. The image should make a company feel good about getting the help - that is, don't make the 'crowd' look threatening or overwhelming.
There's lower priority themes you can incorporate: (1) the results of the projects which are the new ideas and business deliverables, and (2) using Internet TV/video. You can optionally build these into the logo but try not to let them make it too complicated.
Initial logo use is on a website and business cards. The website is under design (http://99designs.com/contests/23669) and you're welcome to join that contest too!. It's great if the logo can be adapted to fit the lower right corner of a web video.
We'll provide plenty of feedback and promote the contest design winner on our web site.
