10K represents just that, $10k ($10,000), but should be read 10K without a dollar symbol.
10K should be like an icon to represent our brand--then we include that on everything 10K related.
For example I mentioned I needed to logos, one is for our 10K DVD, an online video that we will sell (like an ebook, except a video). It would be used as a logo in the lower right hand corner of the video and maybe appear on some eCover. It may also be used in the header/footer of a site we're working on now, 10kdvd.
10K University: Its an online marketing membership site where people pay a monthly subscription to go through our videos, training calls and coaching to receive the tools, resources and help they need to make money online. This logo would be used on an eCover as well, and possibly on a header/footer of our website.
Both sites are under development.
However with both of these logos we would not need the logos to be printer friendly as this is for online use only. This is not a brick and mortar type of business.
Keep in mind, the 10K itself is the one logo we need. It will never change. As we add products or services, only the following words in the logo would have a different look/color/feel. Remember, we need it to be almost like an icon and 10K should be able to have a stand-alone look.
The words DVD, University etc would just be an extension of the 10K logo.
We're targeting anyone who wants to make money online, anyone looking for a home based business, etc.
Here's a list of competitor sites in the same "making money" niche if you need an idea of what our sites will promote (not that we want their look), but to get an idea of what we're selling:
However we have some ideas we'd like to bring to the table that would hopefully help with the concept to creation which we've attached as well as color schemes we'll end up using on our site, to ensure the logos match.
In fact if you go to that last website, http://www.20minutepayday.com/, we'll have the same blue, silver, gray, and yellow color scheme.
I'm thinking the 10K would be good in yellow. Maybe even have the K stand out with a different color.
1)We need the 10K logo/icon.
We need it as a stand alone file so we can add the 10K brand to any product or service we create in the future and we'd simply add the following after 10K Widget.
2) Once that's complete we basically need the following for our 2 products....
10K DVD (or maybe it could read 10KDVD) and the other would be 10K University. Again, 10K would always remain the same, look the same, its almost like the Golden Arches of McDonald's, but we also need 2 logos for our 2 products above. So the DVD and University would have a different look and font to them.
Here's some ideas we had, as well as attachments, and keep in mind that the winner of this design we go with will be hired exclusively for our entire online product line we're launching in the upcoming months.
For 10K University we'd like a tag line under it that says:
"Our MBA = Massive Bank Account" (in italics)
We've attached a stock photo of a graduation cap and cash that we'd like to use or maybe a collegiate type of insignia (we attached some we liked) so it has that "University" look to it.
10K DVD we like the idea of the official DVD logo attached, if that could be worked in somehow with the 10K icon. And since 10K refers to $10,000, perhaps a stock photo of 10K in cash? Also, if any images are used, we don't want any clip art only photos, preferably with a white isolated canvas.
