The owners and employees are young, energetic, and passionate about our business. We aim to create a tremendous living experience for our residents. We want a unique and captivating logo to help ignite and sustain our marketing efforts. This property development's name was inspired by a nearby nature trail.
This project represents our first in a line of acquisitions. Future work is certainly likely. In the past, we've direct-hired individual designers. The process was cumbersome and expensive. We consistently seem to settle for subpar designs in the end. A friend recommended this site. We've been enormously impressed with what we've seen thus far. This represents our first "project launch."

We are targeting individuals 55 years of age and older earning low to mid-range incomes.
We need an identity that can be utilized across nearly all platforms of marketing mediums (color and black & white versions). We intend to use it on everything; including, the property's physical signage, business cards, business papers, brochures, marketing mailers, email newsletters, website, apparel...etc.). It would be beneficial if the logo could have a particular element, which could be branded to stand alone to represent us in some applications.
