Our marketing colours are typically lime green, black, white and shades of gray. We are not adverse to introducing orange or another such vibrant colour.
The lines must be clean, crisp and contemporary.
The font should be clear and visible from a distance on a sign graphic. The tag line should describe in a snappy fashion that we are unique, have the power of 3 companies under one roof etc...We have attached some ideas that our office brainstormed.
Less is more with respect to image fussiness.
The colours must be vibrant and the lines dynamic in order to transfer the look to signage.
The logo should look like it could belong to our family of companies ie: Greenwood Mortgage and Design2Sell
A house or shape of a home does not need to be a key element unless it doesn't look like the 1000000 other companies who have tried this! I have attached an example of a possible logo image as a launching pad. The picture on the back wall is the type of esthetic we are seeking.
