Insights & Action
After serving in executive & managerial roles in brand & product management for companies ranging from Fortune 100s to start ups, Mary Ann Donaghy will help small to mid-sized businesses use big-company marketing & business practices to go to market more effectively & efficiently. The consultancy was founded on the fact that many smaller companies do not have the in-house resources or expertise to determine how to develop their marketing strategies & plans. They're not savvy in selecting outside resources & agencies. They make decisions based on their personal, internal company view without objective input from the market or their customers. Insights & Action takes a pragmatic approach to working with these organizations to determine the most cost-efficient & effective means of delivering against their marketing & business goals. We help the organization develop the insights to inform decisions & stay on-board to help execute the agreed upon plan. We will help companies achieve their goals with a combination of the following support with a high level of collaboration with the client:1)Assessments of company culture, operations, sales, & research 2) Recommend & conduct research to develop plan 3) recommend marketing & brand development plans3)Assess required third-party vendors 4) Provide executive level oversight of plan delivery5) Interim marketing management
Small to mid-sized company CEOs, CMO's, Venture Capital firms, outsourcing agencies for sales, operations, HR etc.
Tone & Manner:
-Professional yet not too serious
-Cheerful & energetic
-Action oriented & results-driven
-Prefer a dominant ampersand--I envision the ampersand being iconic throughout the website and in a flash demo (concept in PPT attached) as well as on a blog entitled "Work & Life"
-Logo with and without tagline
-Tagline: Because Every Company Deserves Great Marketing
The attached files are the original idea direction I gave another designer and the logo 2 & 3 that are attached are his concepts....I didn't love anything he did so therefore I am counting on one of you to create something fantastic! The flash example is to show how I'd envision using the ampersand in a flash piece imbedded in the home page of the website
