Aduity
We are a start-up company that has built a mobile advertising platform that allows publishers, developers or anyone who has a mobile site or mobile application (iPhone, etc) to manage their own ad inventory and use all their favorite mobile ad networks in one place with in-depth reporting and analytics.
Our name comes from the word "acuity" - noun - "sharpness or keenness of thought, vision, or hearing : intellectual acuity | visual acuity.".
We want to put control back in the hands of publishers and developers. Our main aim is to become a one-stop-ad shop. We want to make mobile advertising accessible and easy to use.
We use the tag line "Intelligent Advertising" as our main algorithms are built and constantly improved upon to serve the most relevant ad possible to the user viewing it. We feel that if we can achieve that, users will see ads they like and interact with them more, publishers will earn more revenue and advertisers will get the results they are looking for. All in all, we aim to ensure everyone in the ecosystem wins.
Our company culture is very start-up. We encourage creativity and innovation. We want people to push the boundaries and love what they do! We work weird hours of the night and day, but we also have a lot of fun doing what we do!

Our target market consists of a few sectors.
1) Small to Medium Publishers, they are able to sign-up and use our self service platform without any human interaction from Aduity, unless they require assistance or support. These are in most cases developers, the guys that we love to impress with new and innovative technologies and API's. The people we build our community with, they need to see our brand as warm and inviting yet fun and fresh.
2) Large / Premium Publishers, they are publishers that have high traffic mobile sites or applications. These are our VIP clients, the ones who need to see our brand as stable, secure, innovative and capable.
3) Advertisers, these are the people we connect with the publishers who use our platform. They need to see our brand as innovative, trustworthy, intelligent and professional.
4) Ad Networks, we partner with a number of ad networks to deliver their ads to our publishers via our aggregation / mediation layer.
We are in favor of something that is minimal, clean, simple and eye catching. However, we are really open to all types of creativity and possibly any new color schemes.
We do plan to use our logo on our website, within our platform interface, for a favicon, on company letterheads and documentation, on print, on screen, business cards, etc. So it needs to scale well and work on multiple types of color backgrounds, unless there is a solid black or white color version of the logo available as well.
As mentioned above, our strapline is "Intelligent Advertising".
If a non-standard font is used within the logo, we would also require that font as we would use it as a typeface for our brand.
