We have a food stall at 'the famous' and huge EUMUNDI MARKETS in Queensland's Sunshine Coast, we also do various food and music festivals including NOOSA FOOD & WINE, RIPE , body art, jazz, multicultural etc.. We'll also be including more festivals like WOODFORD, SPLENDOR & The DREAMING.
My partner and I are both qualified chefs and we've been operating this business for 3 years, it's growing well but we want a fresh new look, to replace our current signage that convays what we do more accurately.
Basically, our stall is fronted with a large curved glass deli display fridge, which we fill with gourmet salads, frittatas, rice pudding, fruit salad and (in winter) take home soups. We also do an authentic Malaysian laksa and have BQQ'd marinated chicken, tofu and prawns to go on top of the salads or laksa. We take influences from all over the world and keep it modern and seasonal, but most importantly FRESH, DELICIOUS & HEALTHY.
When I say healthy, it's not your vegan, micro biotic....bland..... 'health food' type healty where everything tastes like sawdust with some cumin added. It's tasty, fresh, multicultural food, cooked by chefs..... like you'd get in a funky cafe that knows how to do a good espresso.
We've just been asked to be the sole caterers for the VIP tent at Ripe festival, this will be huge so we need to be ready to go and looking good by the end of May.
