We are a four person firm. We provide quality advice at a lower cost than bigger firms. We are accessible, open, honest and friendly as people. Our brand needs to convey a certain level of authority, formality and trust; giving our clients confidence in our ability to give sound advice. We also need to convey connectedness and being up to the minute and aware of current laws,events, and business trends.
Our brand promise is "advice that adds value".
We would like to see a range of options including a word mark only, plus options that include an icon incorporated into the logo. We would like to see options with/out the descriptor "Chartered Accountants". We need to describe what we do - as a small firm we can never have wide brand recognition.

Our new slogan is "going the extra mile" which links into partner Mike Stowers' ironman and endurance sports activities. It also reflects the dedication to our clients needs, both in time and personal attention, in a way that often isn't offered in big firms. The extra mile can also refer to acquiring the professional knowledge to add value for our clients.
We are based in St Heliers, Auckland, New Zealand, which is an affluent area; although our clients are from around NZ and off shore.
