Advanced Response Concepts is a company made up of both Techno Geeks - our engineering team, and Subject Matter Experts who are former firefighters, police officers, emergency managers, public health and health care professionals.

We are running this contest to develop a product logo for RAPTOR, Our electronic identification system, contestant with the logo design that just one our last contest “Speak to our nations Heroes” This will be followed by contests for our CONDOR and XCaliber products.
Our consumers are the same type of people we have working for our company so we want them to know we speak their language. This audience is comprised of Firefighters, Paramedics, Police Officers, Emergency Managers, Doctors and Nurses, National Citizen Corps Volunteers, Federal Agents, FEMA, Homeland Security and the Defense Dept. Our customers are ALTRUISTIC, SERVICE ORIENTED, and PATRIOTIC. Our customers value TRADITION, and within their own fraternity have a strong sense of “brotherhood” or “family”. Our Customers GET THE JOB DONE REGARDLESS OF THE COST OR SACRIFICE. Our customers are INTELLIGENT, and EDUCATED, but work with their hand and are not afraid to get dirty. Our customers have likely followed other family members into their career field, are of mixed races and creeds, and although women are in these fields they are dominated by men. Although the customer is all of these things they almost all work for GOVERNMENT, at the local, state and Federal Levels.
The RAPTOR logo should incorporate a design that is easily identifiable by our customers, one they can relate too. Many of our products, like RAPTOR, are named for birds of prey, this should be considered as part of a consistent theme along with the incorporation of design elements from our recently awarded corporate logo contest “Speak to our Nations Heroes” Raptor is an identity management tool and “biometrics” like electronic fingerprints should also be considered as a theme.
Although the words “Advanced Response Concepts” should be an optional part of the design the graphic element(s) should be able to stand alone. Using the Tag line “It’s who you are” is another optional part of the design element. The graphic element should tell a short concise story of the product without requiring a long dissertation. The Logo, especially the graphic element should be able to be clearly reproduced and look good on a huge sign on a trade show, on the web or in print. The successful designer will keep in mind that this contest will be followed by contests for our product logo’s, initially and immediately two, but with more to come. For the most part our products have names consistent with Birds of Prey. CONDOR will be run as the next contest, The exception to this rule are the XCALIBUR cases (contest 3) which is themed on the “sword in the stone” and “only the chosen can open it”
