Rocksy

ROCKSY is a band formed by friends who play together for around 7 years. The name Rocksy is a tribute to the famous rock n roll pub from Los Angeles “The Roxy” that revealed to the world bands such as Guns N Roses, Motley Crue, and so many others.

Each member of the band has it´s own profession, where Rocksy is our hobby and greatest passion. This passion made us play in a professio1nal level and nowadays we are hired for gigs in the biggest events and most desired venues, pubs and nightclubs of São Paulo, Brazil.

We play cover songs from rock bands, but always with our own touch and personality to every song which is what makes us unique.

We play songs that are modern and are currently trending as well as classic rock and pop rock songs. Our target audience varies a lot, from 20 to 50 years old.

We have never put too much effort in developing a logo and consistent visual identity for ourselves. Our current logo is a simple font downloaded from a website. It was useful until now, but we need something stronger, which is more unique, bold and easier to apply in every communication material.

We do not need an adaptation of the current logo.

We are actually aiming for a complete new look that will not only be our logo, but that can also be unfolded to other touch points such as: Website, T-Shirts, Greeting Cards, Instagram visual ID, Youtube Visual ID, etc.

WE WANT TO AVOID a stereotype logo of rock bands. We are looking for something that is visually attractive, modern, and that creates a visual identity that is easy to be remembered, but without metal rock fonts, obvious rock n roll symbols or icons. We want a logo where we have a clear symbol and name lettering of our own, with a unique property.
