Hi! I'm Robert, and playing the role of "Project Manager" for my client - the owner of http://www.kewmotorinn.com/
I had him complete the questions which are asked by LogoNerds [attached], and hopefully his answers are insightful. He also wrote:
"Kew/Cue" can be a play on words such as "on Kew" if we go with some text in the logo
-montage idea-we've been in operation from the 1970s so an image that represents the shift in the styles/architecture/culture through the past few decades
-Round shapes and incorporating pink, black or red would match the mood we're looking to create. The yin-yang comes to mind, sort of representing man/woman.
-any imagery has to incorporate elements basic to any hotel ie a bed, pillows, building shaped like a hotel, perhaps inspired by some of the furniture that we have in the rooms.
We're totally open to fresh ideas and color palettes, too. Thanks for your help!
