I am a surgeon who works every day with people waiting for surgery. Fear and anxiety are constantly present in the life of my patient. I have searched and developed techniques that effectively work to reduce fear and to build confidence. They are important because a positive approach helps living a full life before surgery and even better helps recovering fast consenting people to be back to the normal and joyful life as soon as possible.
I am going to give away for free a DVD with the basic techniques and I am going to offer online coaching.
