Villa Papelillos is a house that will be built by the end of 2016. It will be destined for the rental economy in websites such as Airbnb and Home Away, besides having its own website.
One of the key elements of the logo needs to be the Papelillo Tree.
The name of this tall twisted tree with multiple branches in English is "Paper bark tree". It has a distinctive reddish bark that peels off in papery pieces. The tree blooms in both seasons, dry and wet, and can grow to measure 30m high.
For purposes of suggesting the design of the website, the house will be located in Sayulita, one of Mexico's top Magic Towns, on top of the mountain with a 360° view of the spectacular surf beach of Sayulita, it's village and the jungle. The house will be built with tropical hardwoods, local materials and sophisticated design details and finishes that maximize the life of indoor and outdoor.
Sayulita is considered by many as the hidden jewel of Riviera Nayarit. A small hippie chic surf Town full of life, restaurants, shops and beaches. It's ideal to surf, bike, practice yoga or indulge with some of the best local and organic food, or just relax in the amazing Mexican beaches.
The house will be suspended 40 meters above Sayulita Beach. With all the amenities required to spend a holiday like no other. Villa Papelillos is not about accommodation, nor is it about facilities or amenities, of which it has many, it's about the experience. Villa Papelillos is about confort surrounded with nature, adventure and authentic Mexican folklor and culture.
