We are a technology company (http://www.juggle.com) and are seeking your help on an internal project. Each month we elect a team member of the month and then memorialize that person with a picture on our walls. We have used several different artists in the past to create these caricatures (some are hand drawn then scanned and some are done all on the computer).

Unfortunately we are not sold on any of the artists/designers we have used. Our company is a vivacious, upbeat, energetic place to work and the winning artist will be able to convey this in their finished product.

As mentioned above this is internal work that will be displayed at our office. The goal is to accurately portray the person while at the same time to have onlookers feel happy and smile when they look at the finished product.

Print quality, 300 dpi, high enough quality at that resolution so we can print and frame you work in an 81/2 x 11 frame.

Please use full color.

Nothing is too outside of the box, you are welcome to try anything you would like.

Our end goal is to choose a designer from this contest and then use you on an ongoing monthly basis for new team members of the month.

This person likes to play the drums so if you could incorporate them playing the drums that would be excellent.
