Here's a screenshot of our real estate homepage:
Need you to find a nice photo to replace the one with the hand holding the house, and then apply provided text on the photo. Color and typography skills needed to make the photo sizzle without clashing with the design of the homepage.

For font, use a non-serif font. I think Helvetica works well. Some examples of non-serif on main images:

http://www.macys.com/
http://www.target.com/
and in some of the other links under "what I want"
Deliverables:
- Layered photoshop file (.PSD) include fonts. Dimensions same as http://sn.im/b7sbp
- Web-optimized image
Suggestions for photo:
1. Cheery people in homes like http://sn.im/b7sp8
2. Interior of homes like http://sn.im/b7ssx
3. A clever/creative use of a photo even if it's not real estate related.
It would be good for the photo to have bright/cheerful/happy colors and/or people that make it 'pop' without clashing with the rest of the homepage design.
Use underlay on the text to make text readable. Examples:

OR you can have blank or empty areas for the text like:
We can purchase photos at istockphoto.com if needed.
- I do not want colors, typography that clash with the homepage. Please have experience with color in design.
