We need a very creative and lively 11 x 17 advertising poster to kick things off. Background: Rockingham Community Center is looking to expand from its current facility by acquiring either land or a building to construct a magnificent community complex, which will serve the local town of Salem and its surrounding communities. The community center will offer childrens play ground area, youth facilities, parent coffee bar/bookstore, restaurant, music and arts center, and a large hall, which will seat 500 people and host a vast range community based of venues. What we need: We need a poster (11 x 17) that will convey the vision of the future Rockingham Community Center complex along with the message that Rockingham Community Center is searching to acquire a (10-20 acres) parcel of land or a large warehouse building (min 30,000 Sqft) to carry out this vision. This poster will be a visual icon of the property search advertising campaign. This poster will be displayed in offices, bulletin boards, mass mailings and in multi media format. Objective: We want to use the poster to engage the community at large, assisting our current property search team in locating either land (10-20 acres) or a large warehouse building (min 30,000 Sqft). We are hoping that through this advertising campaign, we will find someone in the community who would be willing to sell or donate land or a building. Requirements: Develop an engaging poster with a nice slogan that we could further enhance with a musical jingle. The poster should: Appeal to general community Be very creative and lively Simple enough to be read and understood in a quick timeframe Convey the message that Rockingham Community Center is searching to acquire a (10-20 acres) parcel of land or a large warehouse building (min 30,000 Sqft) Poster Content: Graphics and/or Imagery any words, catch-phrases, or paragraphs that help convey the objective. Note: You can use any images you have of people, places, and objects etc. This is a non-profit organization and all imagery should be kept royalty free if possible. If there is any costs associated with using/purchasing these image rights this should be indicated with the submission. Technical needs: In full color 300dpi 11 x 17 jpg.
