The BI-LO Center is a 15,000 seat arena in Greenville, SC. We host over 100 events per year, including hockey, ice shows, circus, rock/country concerts, family shows, motocross and much more.Over 500,000 pass through our doors each year. The arena is now 12 years old and all of the marketing materials are are feeling old and tired. A new marketing team has been brought in and are ready to present a fresh new materials and a fresh new approach to sponsorships.

The target audience for this project is corporations we are approaching for sponsorships. These would range from $50,000 to $250,000 sponsorship deals. Types of companies we will approach include airlines, banks, insurance companies, car dealerships, etc.
We stress to our sponsors that we bring in affluent consumers who could be converted to customers for the sponsor. The design should reflect "upscale, yet mass appeal."
Our PowerPoint template should include at least 3 pages:
(1) cover page
(2) section divider page -- place for a section title and possibly photo(s)
(2) general content page for text and photos with very little graphics. Most of the presentation will use this plain (but branded) page.
Concerts are just one of the things we present, but a concert crowd as the only graphic would not tell our story, as we have a huge number of family shows and sporting events, too. These types of shows bring in desirable audiences for our sponsors, too.
I'll pay for stock photos if they're inexpensive (use FPO's and I'll replace with real images after you deliver the job).
